Introduction of Mentorship Training Program at Kawama Youth Friendly Space in Kitwe.

The Sitadc Youth Organization in Kitwe is proud to announce the launch of its new Mentorship Training Program at Adolescent friendly space -Kawama Kitwe Zambia . This program aims to provide guidance, support, and inspiration to the youth in the community, empowering them to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. Recognizing the importance of mentorship in personal and professional development, the Kawama Youth Friendly Space is committed to creating a nurturing environment where young individuals can thrive.

The Mentorship Training Program at Kawama Youth Friendly Space aims to achieve the following objectives: #Provide_Role_Models: The program aims to connect young individuals with experienced mentors who can serve as positive role models. These mentors will inspire, guide, and motivate the youth, instilling confidence and self-belief.

#Personal_and_Professional_Development: Through tailored mentorship, participants will receive guidance in various aspects of personal and professional development. This may include goal setting, career exploration, decision-making, leadership skills, and effective communication.

#Support_and_Guidance: The program seeks to create a supportive network where mentees can seek advice, share experiences, and receive constructive feedback. Mentors will be available to provide guidance and help mentees navigate challenges and make informed choices.

#Building_Networks: The Mentorship Training Program will facilitate the establishment of meaningful connections and networks among youth and mentors. This will expand the mentees' horizons, expose them to new opportunities, and enhance their access to resources.

The Mentorship Training Program will consist of structured training sessions for mentors to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to guide and support the mentees effectively. Mentors will undergo training on mentorship best practices, active listening, effective communication, goal setting, and creating a conducive mentorship environment.

The introduction of the Mentorship Training Program at Kawama Youth Friendly Space in Kitwe signifies a significant step towards empowering the youth and nurturing their talents and it will run for three good months, The Sitadc Youth Organization looks forward to witnessing the positive impact of this program on the lives of the youth in the community.
