📢 Celebrating the Success of the Leadership Summit! 🎉
We are thrilled to announce that the Leadership Summit, jointly organized by Arena of Gifts and Sitadc Youth Organization , was a powerful and impactful event! Held on 14th December 2024 at Rise Up! House in Chimwemwe, Kitwe (Copperbelt Province), the summit delivered critical insights and inspiration under the theme:
"The Purpose of Organizational Leadership".
The event kicked off with Opening Remarks from Mr Moses Mwale , the Founder and CEO of SITADC Youth Organization, setting the tone for a day full of learning and leadership growth.
Key Highlights of the Summit
1️⃣ Mr. Lengwe Bwalya Lengwe - Deputy CEO of SITADC Youth Organization, delivered an engaging presentation on "Vision". He explored:
- What a vision is
- Characteristics of a strong vision
- The role of leaders in shaping a vision
- The importance of having a clear vision
2️⃣ Mr Moses Mwale, Founder of SITADC, provided a comprehensive Overview of SITADC Youth Organization. He shared:
- The organization's background, mission, vision, and goals
- Ongoing programs and activities
- Key achievements, future plans, and a call to action
3️⃣ Our Guest Speaker, Mr. Kamalonga Kasota, The Inspirational Leader, gave a powerful presentation on Leadership Qualities. Using the acronym L.E.A.D.E.R, he outlined:
- L - Listen
- E - Empower
- A - Adaptability
- D - Decide
- E - Engage
- R - Resilient
4️⃣ Mr Kelvin Simalonga, Founder of Arena of Gifts, took us through the formation of the organization using the powerful concepts of Purpose, Gifts, and Leadership.
5️⃣ Mr. Gabriel Chishala, Founder and CEO of GREENBUD Financial Service and an extraordinary entrepreneur, shared profound insights on Organizational Leadership and Management. Citing John C. Maxwell’s quote *"Everything rises and falls on leadership"*, he emphasized:
- Onboarding members into the organization's vision
- The importance of organizational structure
Interactive Session
The summit concluded with an Open Talk (Q&A) session, where participants engaged directly with the speakers to ask questions and share perspectives, enriching the overall learning experience.
Finally, Mr Kelvin Simalonga from Arena of Gifts closed the summit with heartfelt gratitude, appreciating the active participation and commitment of all leaders present.
