Leader's Workshop at Rise UP! House in Chimwemwe, Kitwe, Copperbelt Province.

Sitadc Youth Organization in partnership with Prolight Foundation hosted a Leader's workshop on 20th May 2023 at Rise UP! House, a highly successful leader's workshop was held with the #Theme: collaboration and networking among youth-led organizations. The workshop brought together a diverse group of young leaders from various organizations/foundations, aiming to foster connections, share experiences, and develop strategies for effective collaboration.

The workshop had key objectives which included: #Encourage_collaboration: The workshop aimed to emphasize the importance of collaboration and provide participants with practical tools and insights to establish successful collaborations among youth-led organizations. #Facilitate_networking: The event provided a platform for participants to network with like-minded individuals, build valuable connections, and explore potential partnerships. #Share_best_practices: Through interactive sessions, the workshop facilitated the sharing of best practices, success stories, and lessons learned among youth leaders, encouraging cross-learning and inspiring innovative approaches.
