Day 1: Training at Kawama Clinic Youth Friendly Space

Final Presentation of SITADC and First Day of Skills and Talent Training


On 9th Of April, Theresa Kalima Representative presented What SITADC is, The Aims, Objectives, Our Focus on, The Programs and Why SITADC exists. Further more, She explained how the program are going to bring an impact to the Youths of Kawama Clinic Youth Friendly Space and the other youth across our community and the country at large. She Said, For us to be sustainable and make this program work or bring an impact on us, we need to be committed, ready to learn, and sacrifice our time to take part in the activities and the programs ahead of us.


She emphasized and requested that, if we need to learn more skills and talents, we need to bring wasted materials such as cardboard boxes, empty glass bottles and disposable empty bottles for recycling them and using the Skills Demonstration and Practicals.


In conclusion, She asked questions from the participants and the participants raised lots of questions in finding out What, Where, When, Who and How SITADC is going to flourish, recruit, implement activities and program, and work with the Kawama Youth Friendly Leaders.
