As SITADC, fulfillment to obligated tasks or duty and being to deliver on time or at a promise graced period. Management of appointments and time are our top priority to members of the community, Staffs, Stakeholders, Customers and people we lender or work with in deliverance of all services we provide

As SITADC, we share what we have to others for them to have to. “No one was born a loser, but born a win and to shine brighter” with skills and talents we as individual, we stand in sharing our intangible talents and skills to youths in making a world a better place and seeing every youths winning

As SITADC, decision making is an open door to everyone who foresee to make the organization, the community, the world and youths to thrive. Creativity is an impulse of changing and designing the world to an attractive pattern and place through art, craftsmanship, writing, decoration and creating something new that other people will enjoy.

As SITADC, volunteerism and playing a role been delegated to bring a stand for having a greater impact for the benefits of community and people we deliver our services to. Through it, changing lives of many youths to live in harmony and work in coordination through achieving the intend goal/purpose..

As SITADC, failure is not an option among team and at individual level. Regardless of what we encounter in the way quitting, giving up and giving in is not the option to us be it financially, damaging resources, rejection or lack of coordination with others. We never stop doing what we do.

As SITADC, participating in all activities, events and programs that are adding values to a youth, the team and the organization at large. With skills and talents, we encourage individuals to showcase their potential through participation.
